StableComfort™ is a wall-to-wall waterproof horse stall mat system for your horse stall's floor. Not only is it ergonomic, efficient, and economical, but it is also environmentally friendly. This resilient yet forgiving horse stall flooring closely mimics a natural pasture. This stall mat system ensures that your horses the ultimate comfort when stalled in their horse stalls.
The first component of StableComfort are the multi-celled mattresses. These rubber crumbs allow the mattress to provide your horse with a high level of comfort and shock absorbency.
The second component in this system is a rubber-coated waterproof top cover. This one piece top cover makes stall cleaning a breeze. The top cover is also a non-slip surface – allowing for safer movement within the horse stall.
The system is equivalent to 4"-6" of bedding – allowing you to reduce bedding volume without sacrificing comfort.

While standing, this stall flooring system provides a supportive, even surface. While lying down the StableComfort stall flooring decreases the timeline of injury rehabilitation and aids in loosening stiff joints.
The StableComfort stall mattress is equal to 4"-6" inches of wood shavings. This allows you to drastically reduce bedding usage without sacrificing horse comfort.
The mattress thickness along with the one-piece top cover means decreased labor time and costs. The decrease in bedding means less shavings costs. It is also less shavings to remove and muck out of each horse stall. The seamless top cover is installed wall-to-wall. This means that your bedding will stay on top where it can be easily removed.

Components in Mattress System
Component #1 – MULTI-CELLED MATTRESS: The first component is a multi-celled mattress filled with uniform sized rubber crumbs. The mattress provides soft cushioning and offers optimal comfort.
Component #2 – UNIFORMLY SIZED RUBBER CRUMB: Each rubber crumb is uniformly sized to provide maximum comfort evenly throughout the entire stall.
Component #3 – RUBBER-COATED WATERPROOF TOP COVER: The durable top cover is made from an industrial grade geotextile material. It is then coated with a vulcanized rubber compound. This construction ensures that the top cover is waterproof and slip resistant making clean up easier and faster.
Component #4 – HEAVY-DUTY PLASTIC FASTENING STRIPS: The long lasting fasting strips secures the top-cover in place for the perfect fit and longevity

All orders are shipped FOB place of shipment.
Shipping rates are calculated by weight and size per package and added to your order.
Shipments generally two to four weeks out are subject to longer lead times based on availability.

Truck Freight Shipments
Freight customers or a designated individual by the customer must be present to accept the order and off load it.
Smaller orders can be unloaded by hand; carriers provide a lift gate in some cases.
Large orders may require a forklift (at customer expense) available through a local rental company. Your delivery appointment will be scheduled with the carrier in advance.
