Inside a Bespoke Equestrian Property

Tucked behind a private drive, Anns Lane Farm invites guests into a breathtaking sanctuary where every detail tells a story. At first glance, the main residence exudes refined charm, featuring antique Texas Oak hardwood floors throughout, sourced from the historic Old Texas Wood Co., and grand, antique front doors and windows repurposed from a Kentucky schoolhouse.

A Luxury Horse Barn Like No Other

The 4-stall custom barn is a showcase of elegant equestrian living. Designed by American Stalls, it features handcrafted European Stall Fronts, semi private Stall Partitions, Interlocking Rubber Mats and Dutch doors—all finished with precision and style.

Each stall is equipped with dual fans for optimal ventilation and opens to its private outdoor paddock.

The barn is topped with a durable metal roof and fully spray-foam insulated to maintain comfortable temperatures year-round. Custom LED lighting with dimmers adds both efficiency and ambiance to this working showpiece.

A Tack Room Rooted in Character

Inside, the tack room is a harmonious blend of rustic charm and luxury detailing. The walls are dressed in chiseled quartzite ledger stone and lit by Pottery Barn chandeliers.

Saddle racks made from the property’s original fence posts add authenticity and character, while an antique light fixture over the farm sink enhances the room’s nostalgic appeal. Underfoot, slate stone flooring completes the space with durability and elegance.

The Polo Room: A Nod to Equestrian Heritage

Ann Lane’s Polo Room is a showstopper. Walls and ceilings are lined with reclaimed Texas pine, paired with additional antique Texas oak flooring. Every detail is unique, from the antique entry and bathroom doors to the custom vanity and mirror in the full bathroom, which features a walk-in shower.

An early 1900s Liquid Carbonic Company soda shop bar brings vintage charm, complete with a built-in butcher block, beverage refrigerators, wine storage, a kegerator, and a drop-down projector with a sound system. French doors open to a porch overlooking lush pastures.

Thoughtful Amenities for Everyday Function

Just beyond, the feed and grain area is designed for daily ease, featuring a built-in farm sink, Speed Queen washer and dryer, butcher block countertops, and custom cabinetry. It's a perfect balance of utility and style—essential for a property designed around the rhythm of equestrian life.
