Niraj started his first business in 1994. Ever since, Niraj has created four successful businesses that have led their respective industries - including multiple appearances in the INC 500, INC 5000, and other respected lists. With over 27 ayears of experience, Niraj provides American Stalls invaluable experience in building a sustainable and well-respected industry leading company. Outside of American Stalls, Niraj is the CEO of Anaya Steel and Daiwa Anaya Steel. He is also a member of Young Presidents Ortanization (YPO)
Yash has extensive experience in growing luxury brands and managing steel manufacturing. He began at VIPDesk Connect where he gained experience in global luxury brand's customer service protocols. In 2017, Yash entered Ametican Stalls as CEO. Prior to becoming CEO, Yash optimized the business'e supply chain, quality control, and branding. Outside of American Stalls, Stalls, Yash is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), a member of YPO Next Generation, serves on the board of YPO Next Generation Washington D.C. Chapter, and serves on the advisory board of ChapterPRO.
A lifelong competitive equestrian, Madeleine has over 20 years of experience in business strategy and process improcement. She spent years in Washington DC working with technology firms and federal clients. Madeleine joined American Stalls in 2019. Ever since, Madeleine has delivered for clients such as the Ike Hamilton Expo Center, the Pennsylvania Darm Shwo Complex, and other top venunes. She understands the goals among equine facilities - whether that be a private farm, large training center, showgroumd and everything in between. She helps clients create their ideal setting with the highest quality products, unparalleled service, and world class execution.
A lifelong equestrian, Kristen graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2013 with a major in Equine Business Management. At Johnson & Wales, Kristen served as the captain of the JWU IHSA Equestrian Team and JWU Varsity Field Hockey Team. After graduation, Kristen has had invaluable experience in sales, marketing, and planning roles with SmartPak, Dover Saddlery, and Starfish Junction Productions. Kristern brings a wealth of marketing, organizational planning, and equine experience to American Stalls. Today, Kristen works with clients to turn their dream barns into a reality. Kristen accomplishes this by delivering on high quality products, coordinating logistics, and providing world class customer service.
Archana is a jack of all trades as she serves multiple roles including office manager and head of customer experience. Archana brings invaluable experience in developing community and delivering stellar customer service when she managed Avion Space; a 35,000 sqft commercial office building in Chantilly, CA. Within three (3) years, Archana scaled Avion Space's monthly income by 20x and helped it become a leader in commercial real-estate management in Northern Virginia. Today, Archana spearheads much of American Stalls' initiatives to deliver world class customer service.
Marisa Sanders joined us in Spring 2020. As a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). At SCAD, Marisa studied Architecture with a minors in Equestrian Studies and Architectural History. She was also a student-athlete on the SCAD Equestrian Team. Marisa has been riding since she was five-years-old and plans her design career around the well-being and innovation for our equine partners. You can catch her riging her Arabians in the show ring or galloping bareback in an open field. Today, Marisa transforms our client's ideas into beautiful visual renderings during the entire design and sales process.
Originally from California, Regan is our newest team member. Regan brings a wide breadth of experience in accounting and operations. Ragan's CPA experience is invaluable in out operations and management. Outside of accounting, Regan is also a licensed cosmetologist and has owned her own salon in the past. Her philosophy is that doing hair is her "art." the head her canvas, and the results are her masterpiece. Regan brings this same sense of commitment and passion to her role at Amercan Stalls. Today, Regan helps hold down the fort on American Stalls operations including our accounting, finances, and logistics.
