Tim Leuzarder and Samantha Kaplan proudly operate their professional hunter, jumper, and equitation training business, Chestnut Street, from this beautiful property. Their vision was to create a barn that not only supports a high-caliber training program but also welcomes both horses and guests with comfort and style.
Comfort in Every Stall
Step inside the warm wooden tones of the barn aisle, featuring six custom Kit Sliding Stall Systems; including six Sliding Stall Doors, with French yokes that also include convenient Pin Latches, side Blanket Bars, and Grillwork for ventilation.
Full privacy Stall Partitions provide peace and comfort for the horses, reinforced with our heavy-duty Wall Stiffeners and U-channels for strength and stability.
Beneath it all, Interlocking Rubber Mats line the aisle, offering both traction and comfort.
Adding to the comfort, each stall is equipped with our Stall Mattresses, designed for equine health, and powered by mounted Stall Fans to ensure consistent airflow. Brand-new LED lighting illuminates the entire barn, casting a bright, clean light that makes the space both functional and welcoming.

The barn is fitted with six Dutch Glass Windows, complete with grill guards for safety and glass panels that allow natural light to pour in. The client selected a single-pane glass design, creating a seamless, modern look that enhances both style and function.
Each window is equipped with grill guards, ensuring safety by preventing horses from directly accessing the tempered glass. To complete the design, we’ve included our signature stainless steel hardware, from durable hinges to refined door handles, delivering both strength and elegance in every detail.
These windows keep the stalls airy while ensuring durability and security, adding to the barn’s polished look.
